"Appartement propre avec tout le nécessaire (coin cuisine et salle de bain), on s’est senties comme chez nous. Il est situé 8 min de la plage donc parfait. Sachiez qu’il y a un peu de bruit la nuit car l’appartement donne sur la rue, dans le cas où vous êtes sensibles au bruit."

"The host was so helpful and very responsive to any questions we had. The apartment was very clean and homely. Great location as well as being nice and quiet at night. Facilities were brilliant. We had everything we needed to cook at home as well as clean any clothes etc."

"The apartment is very clean and well-equipped. 10mins walk from the tram station Magnan (google map suggested to get off at lenval hopital station but don’t trust it, Magnan station is closer). Just a few stops aways from the city centre. There’s an Aldi just few minutes away which is quite convenient. The host is very friendly and fast response. We had problem with the washing machine at the other night and they replied promptly."

"Nothing really. The only thing is the bed is a sofa bed. So it maybe not for everyone but we had no problem with that. Comfy enough for a few nights."

"The property was very clean and properly equipped. The bed was surprisingly comfortable for a pull-out sofa bed. The owner was extremely hospitable and helpful, understanding when we missed our train and arrived around midnight at the place, setting out very clear instructions for us to locate the key and unlock the property. Throughout our stay, she checked up on us and also allowed us to have a late check out due to our flight out of Nice not being until later in the day. We really loved our time here, thank you so much!"

"The studio was very clean and everything looked new. The balcony was so cute and we had our breakfast and dinner there if we weren’t out. There was everything you need in a home. There is an Aldi down the road, and a few pizza places on the same street, which are cheaper than the ones you would find in the centre. It's a 10 minute walk from the beach (feels like 5 minutes). It is about a 30 minute walk from the old town of Nice, which is the best thing because you could have a nice walk on the coast line. We loved it."

"The place was amazing! Host was very nice and answered fast, apartment was so clean and everything was perfect. Bed was so comfy and made ready for sleeping. There was everything what we needed and even more. Shower accessories, cooking equipments, towels, sheets, coffee, everything. Such a positive surprise! Wifi and tv worked really well and easy. Location was calm and safe and quite near everything. Air condition was amazing. Only positive things to say! Would 100% recommend to everyone."
